Role Title: Channel Distributor Senior Assistant Manager - Pampanga and Bataan
Location: Central Luzon - Pampanga/Bataan
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee distributor operations and ensure effective coverage of channels covered
- Land and lead execution of category-growing initiatives to win in the customer via cross-functional engagement and stakeholder management
- Localize national strategy in helping distributor deliver priority KPIs (e.g. Reach, ECOV, B2B, Assortment targets, etc.)
- Ensure perfect basics such as stock availability, replenishment is properly in-placed
- Land distributor turnaround strategy in coordination with Channels team
- Ensure profitability of the distributor handled within the assigned area.
Qualifications
- With 3 to 5 years of experience in Account Management handling distributors
- Proficient in basic Microsoft applications (word, excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong operational skills
- Analytical thinking, passion for high performance, bias for action
- Can drive and work in a field-based role within the area of Pampanga and Bataan
