Role Title: Channel Distributor Senior Assistant Manager - Pampanga and Bataan
Location: Central Luzon - Pampanga/Bataan

Role & Responsibilities:

• Oversee distributor operations and ensure effective coverage of channels covered
• Land and lead execution of category-growing initiatives to win in the customer via cross-functional engagement and stakeholder management
• Localize national strategy in helping distributor deliver priority KPIs (e.g. Reach, ECOV, B2B, Assortment targets, etc.)
• Ensure perfect basics such as stock availability, replenishment is properly in-placed
• Land distributor turnaround strategy in coordination with Channels team
• Ensure profitability of the distributor handled within the assigned area.

Qualifications:

• With 3 to 5 years of experience in Account Management handling distributors
• Proficient in basic Microsoft applications (word, excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong operational skills
• Analytical thinking, passion for high performance, bias for action
• Can drive and work in a field-based role within the area of Pampanga and Bataan
