Main Job Purpose:

The Channel Distributor Manager (CDM) is responsible for driving distributor business growth, execution excellence, and market expansion across the assigned territory. The role leads distributor performance management, route-to-market execution, coverage expansion, Perfect Store implementation, and capability building to deliver sustainable and profitable growth.

What Will Your Main Responsibilities Be:

Distributor Business Management

• Lead the overall business performance of assigned distributor partner/s.
• Develop and execute Joint Business Plans (JBPs) aligned with company growth objectives.
• Manage distributor profitability, inventory health, and operational efficiency.
• Conduct regular business reviews and performance discussions.

Sales & Growth Delivery

• Deliver GSV, volume, and category growth targets.
• Drive Numeric Distribution, Weighted Distribution, and outlet coverage expansion.
• Accelerate Reach, ECOV, B2B adoption, and outlet productivity.
• Identify growth opportunities and develop action plans to close business gaps.

Route-to-Market & Coverage Excellence

• Optimize territory coverage plans and route deployment.
• Expand reach in priority growth areas and emerging channels.
• Strengthen wholesaler, reseller, and traditional trade networks.
• Ensure efficient servicing of stores across assigned districts.

Perfect Store & Execution Excellence

• Lead Perfect Assortment and Perfect Store implementation.
• Ensure superior execution of: Core SKU Availability, NPI Placement, PBP Deployment, On-Shelf Availability (OSA), Visibility Standards
• Monitor store-level execution through regular market visits and coaching.

Distributor Team Leadership & Capability Building

• Coach and develop Distributor Managers, ISRs, and Sales Representatives.
• Conduct field coaching and joint work sessions.
• Build a high-performance culture focused on accountability and execution excellence.
• Drive adoption of digital tools and sales systems.

Stakeholder Management

• Strengthen relationships with distributor owners, management teams, and key trade partners.
• Collaborate closely with Customer Development, Supply Chain, Finance, and Marketing teams.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives supporting business growth priorities.

Experiences & Qualifications
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED

• Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Management, or related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years experience in Sales, Distributor Management, Key Accounts, or Route-to-Market roles.
• Strong business acumen and analytical capability.
• Proven experience in field sales leadership and execution.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively across South Cotabato, Sultan Kudarat, Sarangani, and nearby territories.
• Familiarity to Davao Provinces and SOCSKSARGEN territory.
