Position Summary
As the Channel Development Manager, you're the primary business partner between Monde Nissin Corporation and its distributor network, ensuring alignment on sales objectives, execution standards, and growth strategies. Drive distributor performance by developing and implementing channel development initiatives, strengthening partnerships, and ensuring the achievement of key sales, distribution, market share, and profitability targets. Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to optimize route-to-market effectiveness, enhance execution excellence, and deliver sustainable business growth.
What you'll do
- Act as the main liaison between Monde Nissin and distributor partners, fostering strong, collaborative, and results-oriented business relationships.
- Align distributor operations and strategies with company sales objectives, key result areas (KRAs), and business priorities.
- Drive the achievement of sales, distribution, market penetration, merchandising, and profitability targets within assigned territories.
- Monitor distributor performance through regular business reviews, sales analysis, and operational assessments, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Ensure effective execution of trade programs, promotional activities, and channel development initiatives.
- Partner with distributor teams to develop capability-building programs that enhance sales force effectiveness and operational excellence.
- Identify market opportunities, competitive insights, and channel trends to support business expansion and sustainable growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of sales strategies and customer-focused solutions.
- Promote compliance with company policies, processes, and performance standards while maintaining a high level of customer service and business integrity.
What you'll bring

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience in Sales, Channel Development, Key Account Management, or Distributor Management, preferably within the FMCG industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales growth, distribution expansion, and business development targets.
- Strong understanding of distributor operations, route-to-market strategies, trade marketing, and customer development.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and business performance metrics to drive actionable insights and decision-making.
- Excellent relationship management, negotiation, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong leadership and coaching capabilities with experience working with distributor sales teams and cross-functional partners.
- Effective project management, planning, and execution skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; experience with sales analytics and reporting tools is an advantage.
- Willing to travel extensively within assigned territories and work closely with distributor partners and customers
