Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Channel Sales with a strong background in marketing and sales presentations. This role is responsible for developing, managing, and growing relationships with channel partners to drive revenue, market expansion, and brand visibility. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking, persuasive communication, and the ability to deliver compelling presentations that influence partner engagement and sales performance.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop, manage, and grow relationships with channel partners to achieve sales targets and business objectives
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new partners aligned with company growth strategy
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to design and execute partner-driven campaigns and programs
  • Deliver impactful sales presentations, product demos, and training sessions to partners and end users (Presentation & Communication Excellence)
  • Create and maintain sales enablement materials such as pitch decks, presentations, and marketing collateral (Strategic Thinking, Sales & Marketing Alignment)
  • Analyze partner performance metrics and provide insights to optimize sales strategies (Results-Driven Execution)
  • Conduct regular business reviews with partners to ensure alignment and identify growth opportunities (Relationship Management)
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Product) to support partner needs and initiatives
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands to refine channel strategy (Strategic Thinking)
  • Ensure partners are fully equipped with tools, knowledge, and resources to succeed

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in electronics, peripherals, or related brand industry
  • Strong background in Product Management, Sales Planning, and Marketing
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Experience in B2B or technology-related industries
  • Strong storytelling ability in sales presentations
  • Experience in event coordination, webinars, or partner training programs
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools and campaign management
  • Highly responsible, goal-oriented, and proactive
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Must be based in Cebu City.
