Your Role
As a Change & Release Manager, you will:
- Manage the end-to-end Change Management process, including the evaluation, authorization, and scheduling of all changes.
- Chair the Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings to review high-risk changes and ensure stakeholder alignment.
- Coordinate Release Management activities, ensuring that software and hardware deployments follow the agreed-upon release path and testing protocols.
- Monitor and report on change success rates, identifying failed changes and driving Post-Implementation Reviews (PIR).
- Collaborate with DevOps and delivery teams to align CI/CD pipelines with organizational governance and risk standards.
What You Need
Non-negotiables
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Change and Release Management within a large-scale enterprise environment.
- Strong expertise in ITIL Change Management processes
- Experience managing changes in a complex Telecommunications environment (Network, Billing, or Customer Systems).
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage a high-volume change calendar.
- Strong conflict resolution skills to manage competing priorities for maintenance windows.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow or similar enterprise Change Management modules.
- Willingness to work onsite in BGC on an Australian day shift schedule.
Preferred Skills/expertise
- Technical understanding of telecommunications network architecture.
- Background in Risk Management or Compliance.
- Project Management experience
