Role: Change Order Management / Construction Project Admin
Work Arrangement: Work from Office
Location: Angeles (Pampanga), Ortigas, Makati, Cebu, Davao, Bacolod
Schedule: Night Shift
Job Description
This role will support construction project operations by managing change orders, tracking project documentation, and assisting with coordination between internal teams and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update change order logs across multiple projects
- Track status of change orders (pending, approved, rejected, billed)
- Assist with preparation and formatting of change order documentation
- Coordinate with project managers to ensure timely submission and follow-up
- Maintain organized digital records of project documentation
- Assist in tracking project budgets vs. approved change orders
- Support basic reporting related to project financial performance
Qualification And Requirements
- 2+ years of administrative or project coordination experience
- Strong organizational and document management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in construction administration or project coordination
- Familiarity with change order processes, AIA billing, or construction workflows
- Experience with systems such as Procore, Buildertrend, or similar platforms
General Requirements
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- High attention to detail and accountability
- Ability to work during U.S. business hours (Hawaii Time Zone alignment preferred)
- Reliable internet connection and professional work environment
- Willingness to follow structured SOPs and workflows
Non-negotiable Skills & Requirements
- 2+ years of administrative or project coordination experience
- Strong organizational and document management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
