Change Manager Digital Transformation (Asia)
We are hiring a Change Manager to join a Center of Excellence team driving digital transformation initiatives across Asia.
This role focuses on leading the people-side of change for digitalization programs, ensuring strong adoption, stakeholder alignment, and sustained behavioral change across business units.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute change management strategies for digital transformation initiatives
- Partner with global and regional stakeholders (AVP-level and above)
- Lead stakeholder engagement, impact assessments, and change readiness activities
- Drive adoption of enterprise platforms, system implementations, and digital tools
- Create and implement communication and engagement plans across multiple markets
- Measure change effectiveness using surveys, adoption metrics, and feedback mechanisms
- Provide structured change advisory to project and leadership teams
What We're Looking For
- Strong experience in organizational change management (preferably 7+ years)
- At least 12 years of experience supporting digital transformation or system implementation initiatives (ERP, cloud, enterprise platforms, etc.)
- Proven experience engaging and influencing senior stakeholders (AVP level and above)
- Exposure to regional or global stakeholder environments
- Strong communication and presentation skills (must be able to explain complex initiatives clearly and concisely)
- Experience in enterprise transformation or consulting environments is an advantage
- Certification in change methodologies (e.g., PROSCI / ADKAR) is a plus
