We currently have an exciting career opportunity for a Change Manager to join the team in our Philippines office.

CohnReznick is a hybrid firm and most of our professionals are located within a commutable distance to one of our offices. This position is considered remote which means it does not require job duties be performed within proximity of a CohnReznick office location. However, as a remote employee, you may be required to be present at a CohnReznick office with scheduled notice for client work, team meetings, or trainings.

CohnReznick has an exciting opportunity for a Change Manager to join the Office of Change Management (OCM).

OCM plays a central role in enabling successful enterprise change by driving adoption, readiness, and sustained value across strategic initiatives. The Change Management team partners closely with business and functional leaders to ensure people centered change is planned, led, and executed effectively.

Reporting to the Change Management Director, this role is responsible for leading mid to large scale change initiatives and managing the day to day delivery of integrated change workstreams. The Change Manager operates at the intersection of strategy and execution, translating enterprise priorities into actionable change plans aligned with OCM governance, communications, and learning standards.

YOUR ROLE.

Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To

This role typically supports enterprise platforms, process redesigns, operating model changes, and regulatory or growth initiatives that span multiple functions. The Change Manager is expected to operate effectively in complex environments, often navigating ambiguity, competing priorities, and overlapping initiatives. Engagement may begin early in the initiative lifecycle and extend through post‑go‑live adoption and stabilization.

CHANGE MANAGEMENT PRIORITIES

Immediate Priorities For This Role Include

  • Leading enterprise change efforts that drive measurable adoption, readiness, and sustained value
  • Designing and executing integrated change strategies aligned to OCM standards
  • Strengthening leader and sponsor effectiveness through targeted coaching and enablement
  • Proactively identifying adoption risks and change impacts, and developing mitigation strategies
  • Ensuring consistent application of change, communications, learning, and engagement practices across initiatives

The role emphasizes disciplined execution while continuously improving change capability and embedding change management as a core delivery practice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end‑to‑end change strategies for complex initiatives, including stakeholder analysis, communications, learning, and adoption measurement
  • Serve as a trusted partner to executive sponsors, business leaders, project managers, and cross‑functional teams
  • Advise and coach leaders on sponsorship behaviors and accountability for adoption outcomes
  • Own change readiness assessments and inform go/no‑go and sequencing decisions based on risk and adoption data
  • Monitor adoption metrics and qualitative feedback to adjust change approaches as needed
  • Provide direction, coaching, and quality oversight to junior change practitioners or project‑embedded resources
  • Ensure adherence to OCM standards, governance, and enterprise change methodology

This role requires strong influence‑based leadership, comfort operating without direct authority, and the ability to balance multiple initiatives simultaneously. The Change Manager is expected to model OCM best practices, contribute to capability building, and foster a data‑informed, iterative approach to change delivery.

Your Experience.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 7–10 years of professional experience
  • 5+ years in change management, transformation, or related roles
