Job Title: Change Management Specialist

About the Role
- Join a global IT team undergoing a large-scale digital transformation
- Support the organisation in driving structured change, effective communication, and measurable performance outcomes
- Act as a central coordinator across multiple transformation initiatives
- Ensure new systems, processes, and ways of working are successfully adopted across global business units
- Focus on change orchestration, stakeholder alignment, communication structure, and adoption performance
Key Responsibilities
Change Management and Adoption
- Drive end-to-end change management across multiple IT and digital initiatives
- Conduct change impact assessments to identify affected stakeholders, risks, and readiness levels
- Develop and implement structured change approaches using methodologies such as ADKAR or equivalent
- Design stakeholder engagement strategies to drive alignment and adoption
- Establish and manage change champion networks across regions and business units
Communication Strategy and Execution
- Develop and execute structured communication plans to support transformation initiatives
- Create communication frameworks, templates, and toolkits to standardise messaging
- Coordinate communication across multiple projects to ensure consistency and avoid duplication
- Simplify complex IT initiatives into clear, actionable, and user-friendly messaging
- Manage communication cadence to minimise stakeholder fatigue
Performance and Adoption Tracking
- Define and track KPIs for change adoption and communication effectiveness
- Monitor metrics such as adoption rate, system usage, stakeholder engagement, and feedback
- Provide visibility on transformation progress through reporting and dashboards
- Identify gaps in adoption and implement improvement actions
- Drive continuous improvement based on insights and performance data
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Work closely with PMO, IT teams, and business stakeholders across regions
- Align change activities with project timelines and delivery milestones
- Support business units in prioritising and managing multiple concurrent initiatives
- Coordinate across teams to ensure alignment between communication, change, and delivery
Key Requirements
- Proven experience in change management within IT, digital transformation, or large-scale organisational environments
- Strong understanding of change management methodologies such as ADKAR, Kotter, or equivalent, with practical application experience
- Experience designing structured communication strategies for complex programs
- Demonstrated ability to measure change effectiveness using data and performance metrics
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence without authority
- Experience managing multiple initiatives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear messaging
- Comfortable operating in an ambiguous and evolving environment with high ownership
Preferred Experience
- Experience working in global IT environments or enterprise transformation programs
- Exposure to collaboration with project management, governance, or IT service management teams
- Familiarity with tools such as ServiceNow, knowledge platforms, or digital adoption tools
