Manages all aspects of Transformation change management and communication and delivers communications to the frontlines. Also supports leaders throughout the organization in achieving the Change agenda.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute end-to-end CM strategy and detailed plans that align with the organization's strategic business objectives and vision for transformation.
- Coordinate with senior stakeholders across various departments to ensure alignment of CM strategies with overarching project goals, securing executive sponsorship and
- ensuring alignment at all organizational levels.
- Collaborate with Project Management teams to integrate CM initiatives into the overall project timeline, identifying potential risks and ensuring that CM activities are in sync
- with the project milestones.
- Lead end-to-end implementation of CM initiatives, ensuring smooth transition by leveraging CM methodologies such as Stakeholder Analysis, Change Impact Assessments, and
- Risk Mitigation Strategies.
- Lead and mentor team members in CM activities, ensuring quality standards are met and developing the organization's internal CM capabilities.
- Conduct stakeholder assessments and readiness evaluations, tailoring CM approaches to different stakeholder needs and ensuring engagement is targeted and effective.
- Drive stakeholder engagement and communication strategies, ensuring clear, consistent messaging that addresses resistance and fosters commitment to change initiatives.
- Monitor, evaluate, and report on CM initiative progress using data-driven insights to make adjustments and ensure timely communication of outcomes to senior leadership.
- Advise and coach middle and senior management on CM best practices, fostering a change-ready culture by enhancing organizational knowledge and capabilities in CM fundamentals.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Development/Psychology, or related field of study.
- 5-7 years of Change Management experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in managerial capacity.
- Proven experience in CM across technological and non-technological change projects
- Theoretical and practical understanding of Change Management principles, methodologies, and tools
- Project Management foundations, with the ability to manage concurrent initiatives successfully.
- Communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage conflicting stakeholder needs/priorities
- Knowledge of the healthcare industry (preferred).
Certification:
• Prosci CM Certification or PMP Certification (preferred)
