The role is responsible for developing and implementing change management plans for strategic projects of the corporate strategic units (CSU) of the company, collaborating with project teams, key stakeholders, and leadership to drive successful outcomes by minimizing resistance and ensuring a smooth transition for employees.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience as a change manager, with preference for technology projects experience
- At least 3 years of experience in managerial capacity
- Proven experience in project change management, preferably through a mix of high-level technological and organizational projects
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and engage with and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Background in IT preferred
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, or any related discipline
- Must have a certification in ADKAR and other change management frameworks
