Job Description

  • Responsible for implementing change management in the business unit. This includes ensuring the use and adoption of change management framework and methodology, support to projects to ensure that team members will be able to adjust and adapt, and build change management capability in the business unit
  • Knowledge of the business structure & culture and understanding its goals & objectives.
  • Knowledge of innovation frameworks and tools and its application
  • Knowledge of a Change Management Framework (e.g. Kotter, Prosci, ADKAR, Bridge)
  • Strategic and analytical thinking; solution-focused mindset; effective planning
  • Data Management & Analytics Has the ability to process data into a meaningful report
  • Possess teaching skills and facilitate learning.
  • Work independently or lead/run ad-hoc teams and workgroups.
  • Provide critical thinking and resolution/recommendation to queries and issues.
  • Embrace growth and adapt to change in a fast-paced environment.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or other IT related discipline
  • At least 7 years experience in a role that has implemented major transitions, with background in business process or project management; experience in power industry, preferred
  • Experience leading and executing a project that's both complex and big, involving various stakeholders and workstreams
  • Experience in transformational projects, project management, program management
