Responsible for implementing change management in the business unit. This includes ensuring the use and adoption of change management framework and methodology, support to projects to ensure that team members will be able to adjust and adapt, and build change management capability in the business unit
Knowledge of the business structure & culture and understanding its goals & objectives.
Knowledge of innovation frameworks and tools and its application
Knowledge of a Change Management Framework (e.g. Kotter, Prosci, ADKAR, Bridge)

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or other IT related discipline
At least 7 years experience in a role that has implemented major transitions, with background in business process or project management; experience in power industry, preferred
Experience leading and executing a project that's both complex and big, involving various stakeholders and workstreams
Experience in transformational projects, project management, program management
