Job Description:

The Change Manage ment Lead plays a pivotal role in driving organizational change by developing and executing effective change management plans. They will collaborate with stakeholders across departments to assess change impact, design communication strategies, and ensure smooth change adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the Change Management Director to develop and implement the change management strategy.
  • Lead and manage change management activities for assigned projects and initiatives.
  • Assess the potential impact of organizational changes and develop mitigation plans to address challenges.
  • Conduct change readiness assessments and design clear communication plans to gain employee buy-in and support.
  • Partner with project managers to integrate change management activities seamlessly into project lifecycles.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to equip employees with the skills and knowledge to navigate change effectively.
  • Monitor and evaluate the success of change initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and recommending adjustments to the strategy.
  • Identify and leverage best practices in change management methodologies

Accountabilities:

  • Successful delivery of change management initiatives aligned with the overall strategy.
  • Deliver successful change initiatives that meet project goals, minimize disruption, and achieve desired business outcomes.
  • Effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders across departments.
  • Ensure clear communication and employee engagement throughout the change process.
  • Deliver training programs to equip employees with the skills and knowledge to navigate change effectively.
  • Continuously improve the change management processes and practices
  • Staying informed about the latest trends and best practices in change management.

Qualifications:

  • Must have 5-7 years of experience in change management or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of change management methodologies and frameworks.
  • Change Management training and certification from Prosci, CCMP or similar institutions
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in change management software and tools.
  • Six Sigma training and certification is an advantage
  • Project Management training and certification is an advantage
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to travel as needed
  • Amenability and readiness to work onsite and from home anytime (dependent on business need AND/OR current external environment/situation)
