Your Responsibilities
In addition to, ensuring activities by Change Analyst are performed, the Lead Change Analyst shall also be responsible for providing assistance to General Service Management Change Manager
- Assist Gen Service Management Process Owner to ensure effective implementation of the process across GEN organization
- Review the process effectiveness & efficiency
- Establish procedures for Change Management as per defined process & policies
- Maintain the Change Management process documentation
- Ensure adequate process training is available for the organization
- Ensure Change Management processes integrate with other processes
- Provide guidance to the change owner, implementer and requester at all levels
- Monitor and report on the performance of the process and benchmark the process performance
- Identify opportunities for improvement and drive continuous process improvements
- Participate in other ITSM process initiatives and process reviews
What We're Looking For
- Must have at least 5-7 years of experience in Change Management
- Must have at least 5 years of experience in IT Service Management
- Strong analytical skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong team player
