Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or related field
- 13 years of experience in change management, organizational development, or business transformation
- Experience in digital transformation, cloud platforms, or systems implementation is a plus
- Proficient in change management concepts, methodologies, and best practices
- Expert in preparation of change management communication content and materials (i.e., preparation of art cards, etc.)
- With strong graphic design skills, including creation of creatives and graphic designs using different tools such as Canva, MS PowerPoint, or Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities

Job Overview
The Change Management Analyst will be responsible for developing and implementing change management strategies and initiatives, managing stakeholder engagement, and monitoring the effectiveness of implemented changes. This role also involves coaching and supporting teams and individuals through the change process, while providing regular updates to senior management on the progress and outcomes of change initiatives.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities
- Execute specific components of the change plan under the direction of the Change Manager
- Manage day-to-day activities and support team members in implementing change tactics
- Implement decisions made by the Change Manager and escalate issues when needed
- Create and execute comprehensive plans for organizational changes, including defining objectives, timelines, and success metrics
- Coordinate logistics for training, communications, and readiness assessments
- Implement training sessions, feedback loops, and support activities
- Develop and deliver communication plans to inform stakeholders about changes
- Create training programs to equip employees with the necessary skills to adapt
- Manage a small team or work individually to implement change plans
- Track the progress of change initiatives, measure their effectiveness, and make adjustments as needed
- Prepare status reports for the Change Manager and escalate issues as necessary
- Provide regular updates to senior management on the progress and outcomes of change initiatives
- Monitor the budget allocated for change management activities
- Engage with frontline teams and operational staff to ensure adoption and gather feedback
- Deliver communications and collect feedback from impacted groups
- Use tools to manage communications, training, and feedback collection
