This is a full-time, on-site Change & Human Experience Consultant role based in Metro Manila. Responsibilities include leading and supporting change management initiatives, driving business transformation projects, performing in-depth analysis, managing stakeholder relationships, and delivering tailored solutions to meet client needs. The Consultant will also facilitate communication and collaboration to ensure seamless project execution aligned with strategic goals.

• Strong Analytical Skills, with the ability to assess data, develop insights, and support decision-making processes
• Demonstrated expertise in Consulting services and providing tailored business solutions
• Proven Communication skills, including clarity, influence, and adaptability in diverse environments
• Experience in Business Transformation and driving meaningful organizational change
• Proficiency in Stakeholder Management, fostering relationships, and aligning with client expectations
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Organizational Psychology, or related fields
• Experience in similar roles or demonstrated ability to deliver results in change management projects
• Capability to work collaboratively in dynamic, fast-paced team settings
