As a Change and Communications Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients navigate organizational change and effectively communicate with stakeholders. Within our Workforce Consulting practice, you will focus on developing change management strategies, assessing change readiness, and designing communication plans to support successful change initiatives. Your work will provide guidance on employee engagement, training, and cultural transformation to drive organizational adoption and minimize resistance.

As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections and learn how to manage and inspire others. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality work while navigating increasingly complex situations. Embracing increased ambiguity, you will grow your personal brand and deepen your technical skills. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Manila, you will leverage your skills to analyze client needs and develop people and organization strategies, offering guidance and support to help clients optimize their workforce and enhance employee engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Managing the day-to-day coordination of the change agent program to ensure they are equipped, engaged, and supported to deliver their role effectively.
  • Developing and executing end-to-end communication and change plans aligned to transformation initiatives
  • Designing and drafting content including emails, leadership messages, presentations, FAQs, and internal content.
  • Developing and implementing change management strategies to support organizational transformation
  • Designing communication plans to effectively engage stakeholders and facilitate smooth transitions
  • Analyzing client needs to create tailored solutions that enhance workforce optimization and employee engagement
  • Collaborating with clients to assess change readiness and identify potential areas of resistance
  • Providing guidance on cultural transformation initiatives to drive organizational adoption
  • Utilizing analytical thinking to interpret data and inform strategic recommendations
  • Applying creativity and innovation in developing communication strategies that resonate with diverse audiences
  • Supporting clients in navigating complex change processes and managing stakeholder expectations
  • Leveraging people-centered change management techniques to foster a positive work environment
  • Facilitating training sessions to equip employees with the skills needed for successful change implementation

What You Must Have

  • At least a Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 3 years experience in change management or internal communications
  • Comfortable speaking directly to individuals and senior stakeholders to gather feedback and provide updates
  • Strong writing, editing and verbal skills, and creativity to create engaging content
  • Oral and written proficiency in English required
