Your Role
Responsible for overseeing the lifecycle of changes and releases to enterprise systems, ensuring compliance with ITIL-based service management processes, minimizing service disruption, and balancing innovation with operational stability. Works closely with stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams to ensure effective planning, testing, and deployment.
As a Change & Release Manager, You Will
- Manage end-to-end change management lifecycle (logging, assessment, approval, implementation, review)
- Coordinate Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings and stakeholder approvals
- Oversee release planning, scheduling, and deployment
- Ensure risk management, rollback planning, and post-implementation reviews
- Maintain compliance with policies, standards, and audit requirements
- Drive continuous improvement and process optimization
- Manage ITSM tools (ServiceNow) and CMDB updates
- Collaborate across ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Configuration)
What You Need
Non-negotiables
- 3+ years in change/release management
- Strong ITIL knowledge
- Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira)
- Risk and impact assessment capability
- Strong stakeholder engagement
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
