- Develop and implement financial strategies to support business objectives
- Identify opportunities for business growth and expansion
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
- Lead a large finance team, both commercial finance and controllership
- Develop and retain a high performing finance organisation, building a succession pipeline
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, implementing governance and controls where needed
- Manage relationships with global stakeholders and local partners
- Collaborate with C-Suite executives to align financial goals with corporate strategy
The Successful Applicant
- Track record in a CFO position or fast progression in senior finance leadership positions
- Strong background in strategic and commercial finance, ideally within consumer goods
- Experience leading teams in the Philippines
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- The ability to make data-driven decisions and drive business growth
- Can operate at C-level while being very hands on and detail-orientated
