Our client is a rapidly growing company within the regulated digital entertainment sector.
Job Description
- Lead the end-to-end finance function, including accounting, FP&A, treasury, tax, compliance, and financial reporting.
- Build scalable finance processes, controls, and governance frameworks to support business growth.
- Establish robust budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and performance reporting processes.
- Partner with founders and senior leadership on strategic planning and commercial decision-making.
- Oversee audit, regulatory compliance, banking relationships, and risk management activities.
- Drive finance transformation initiatives, systems improvements, and process automation.
- Build and develop a high-performing finance team while fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
The Successful Applicant
A successful CFO should be/have:
- CPA
- at least 15 years progressive experience
- extensive background in end to end finance including controllership, tax, treasury and statutory compliances
- Proven track record of building or scaling finance functions from scratch
- Highly detail-oriented with a hands-on leadership style
- Strong stakeholder management and business partnering capabilities
- industry background: technolgy, services, digital, or platform based companies
