Job Description

Lead financial strategy, FP&A, treasury, and risk across regional operations in Ortigas City, Metro Manila.
Drive capital formation, fund structuring, and institutional fundraising initiatives
Execute end-to-end transactions across debt, equity, and structured finance
Build investor relations and lead board-level reporting and IPO readiness

The Successful Applicant

Proven Chief Financial Officer (CFO) leadership with regional or global exposure
Strong background in capital markets, investment banking, or fund structuring
Hands-on delivery of complex financial transactions and execution
Deep expertise in financial governance, treasury, and multi-entity environments
Ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels

Good-to-haves:

IPO exposure in Singapore, Europe, or other developed markets
Background in investment banking, private equity, or institutional platforms
Experience within high-growth technology or platform-led businesses or real estate and property
Open to expatriate or regional talent with cross-border leadership exposure.
