What youll do:

As Chief Financial Officer based in Jakarta, Indonesia, you will play an integral role in shaping the companys financial landscape. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve partnering closely with the CEO on strategic initiatives such as mergers & acquisitions partnerships new business models while overseeing all core finance functions from FP&A to investor reporting. You will collaborate extensively with Sales teams on structuring complex enterprise dealsreviewing bespoke contracts custom pricing models managed service agreementsand ensuring each engagement aligns with organisational goals for profitability risk management sustainability. By developing advanced financial models for various revenue streams, you will help drive value creation across customer portfolios. Operationally you will lead efforts to enhance internal controls upgrade systems automate processes build scalable infrastructureall aimed at supporting rapid expansion. • Partner with the CEO and executive leadership team to develop and execute corporate strategy by providing insightful financial analysis that supports growth initiatives and investment decisions.
• Lead all finance-related functions including Financial Planning & Analysis, Accounting, Treasury, Tax, Commercial Finance, Business Control, and Investor/Board Reporting.
• Deliver accurate budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and timely financial reporting while managing cash flow, working capital, and capital allocation across service lines.
• Optimise profitability by evaluating commercial proposals, pricing models, contract profitability, and approving complex customer agreements in partnership with Sales and Business leaders.
• Develop robust financial models for recurring revenue streams, project-based revenue structures, and hybrid commercial arrangements to ensure sustainable commercial terms balancing risk and profitability.
• Conduct thorough financial reviews of bespoke enterprise contracts including milestone billing implementation revenue managed service agreements outcome-based pricing SLA credits rebates variable pricing mechanisms contract renewals.
• Enhance finance processes by improving internal controls, upgrading financial systems and reporting capabilities while building scalable infrastructure to support business growth.
• Drive automation initiatives and business intelligence projects that improve operational efficiency within the finance function.

• Bachelors degree in finance accounting economics or related discipline coupled with CPA CA ACCA or equivalent professional qualification preferred.
• Over 15 years of progressive finance leadership experience ideally as CFO Finance Director or Head of Finance within B2B software technology services
• Proven track record in enterprise financial planning analysis commercial finance business partnering revenue recognition for software technology services project accounting subscription recurring revenue models financial modelling cash flow management tax treasury ERP implementation finance transformation.
• Hands-on experience reviewing supporting highly customised customer contracts including multi-year enterprise agreements custom pricing structures managed service contracts professional services engagements software licensing agreements subscription models hybrid software implementation contracts milestone-based billing variable commercial terms complex contract negotiations involving Legal Sales teams.
• Ability to evaluate commercial risk revenue implications margin impact contractual obligations within bespoke agreement frameworks is essential.
