Chief Financial Officer (CFO) / Finance Director

Work Setup: Onsite

Location: Makati

Schedule: Monday to Friday | Morning Shift

Salary: Open Budget

Job Summary

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Chief Financial Officer (CFO) / Finance Director to lead the overall finance function of the organization. The role will serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for financial strategy, planning, risk management, compliance, and driving sustainable business growth.

The ideal candidate is a seasoned finance leader with strong commercial acumen, experience in financial transformation, and a proven track record of leading high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and execute the companys financial strategy aligned with overall business objectives
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO and executive team on financial and operational matters
  • Provide insights and recommendations to drive profitability and long-term growth

Financial Management & Reporting


  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
  • Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements and management reports
  • Monitor cash flow, working capital, and capital expenditure

Compliance & Risk Management


  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, tax, and statutory requirements
  • Strengthen internal controls, governance, and risk management frameworks
  • Lead audit processes and coordinate with external auditors and regulators

Operational & Commercial Support


  • Analyze business performance and identify areas for cost optimization and revenue enhancement
  • Support business expansion, investments, M&A, and strategic initiatives
  • Implement financial systems, automation, and process improvements

Leadership & Team Management


  • Build, mentor, and lead the finance and accounting team
  • Promote a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement

Qualifications


  • Bachelors degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred; MBA is an advantage)
  • At least 1015 years of progressive finance leadership experience, with 5+ years in a senior executive role
  • Strong background in financial planning & analysis, controllership, treasury, and compliance
  • Experience in leading audits, tax planning, and regulatory reporting
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • High level of integrity and strategic thinking
