Business Development Manager Luxury Architectural & Design

Location: Quezon City

Role Overview

The Business Development Manager is responsible for expanding market presence within the luxury architectural and design sector. The role focuses on building strong relationships with architects, designers, developers, and contractors, ensuring products are specified in high-end residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.

Key Responsibilities

Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, developers, and contractors
  • Conduct presentations, product briefings, and networking sessions with design professionals

Sales & Market Development

  • Identify and pursue high-value projects across luxury residential, commercial, industrial, and hospitality sectors
  • Work closely with developers, homebuilders, and hospitality brands to drive product specification
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue targets

Project & Specification Support

  • Coordinate with design, project, and procurement teams to ensure product inclusion
  • Track projects from design stage through installation to ensure smooth execution

Brand & Industry Engagement

  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences
  • Build partnerships with complementary luxury brands and industry influencers

Qualifications

Experience

  • At least 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or specification roles within luxury architectural products, building materials, furniture, lighting, or related industries
  • Established network within the architectural and design community

Skills & Knowledge

  • Strong understanding of luxury design trends and sustainable building solutions
  • Experience working with developers, hospitality brands, and premium design firms
  • Proven ability to influence specifications and drive sales
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
