About the Role:We’re looking for a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering accurate, insightful financial reports for global clients. As part of our growing finance team, you'll play a key role in ensuring our BPO operations meet both regulatory and performance standards.
This hybrid role combines flexibility with collaboration—ideal for professionals who value autonomy while staying connected to a high-performing team.
What You’ll Do:- Prepare and review financial statements in line with accounting standards.
- Oversee account reconciliations and maintain clean, accurate books.
- Lead month-end and year-end closing activities, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Support audit processes and coordinate with external auditors.
- Ensure compliance with tax laws, government regulations, and internal policies.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to streamline financial workflows.
What We're Looking For:- A licensed CPA with solid experience in general accounting
- Background in BPO or international client servicing is a strong plus
- Proficiency in tools like QuickBooks, Xero, or SAP
- Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a proactive mindset
- Comfortable with a hybrid work setup and open to reporting onsite when needed
