Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate books of accounts and financial records
  • Prepare financial statements, schedules, and management reports
  • Record, review, and reconcile financial transactions
  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities (GL, AP, reporting)
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and internal controls
  • Assist in audit requirements by preparing schedules and supporting documents
  • Analyze variances and identify discrepancies in financial data
  • Collaborate with internal teams for accurate financial reporting
  • Utilize Excel and accounting systems (e.g., SAP) for data analysis and reporting

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy; CPA license required
  • Fresh board passers are welcome to apply
  • Knowledge of financial reporting, general ledger, and reconciliation processes
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables); SAP/ERP is a plus
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willing to work on-site in Molino, Bacoor, Cavite
