Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Supervisory Skills, including team leadership, performance management, and workload coordination.
• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills for reviewing transactions, reconciling accounts, and identifying variances.
• Candidates should possess knowledge in Finance, with practical experience handling Accruals and Journal Entries (Accounting).
• Candidates should possess proficiency in accounts payable processes, ERP or accounting systems, and basic MS Office tools (especially Excel).
• Candidates should possess excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines in a high-volume environment.
• Candidates should possess effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and with external partners.
• Relevant experience in accounts payable supervision or senior accounts payable roles is preferred; a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is an advantage.
