Job Description

Financial Reporting & Auditing: Prepare, analyze, and verify accuracy of financial statements, reports, and records. Conduct internal and external audits to ensure compliance with laws.
Taxation: Prepare and file complex tax returns for individuals, corporations, and non-profits. Provide tax planning, research, and representation before tax authorities.
Advisory & Strategy: Advise management on financial performance, cost reduction, and budget creation.
Compliance: Keep updated on changing tax laws and accounting regulations to ensure company policies are compliant.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Licensure: Active CPA license (requires passing the CPA exam and meeting state licensing requirements).
Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and MS Excel.
Soft Skills: Strong analytical abilities, high attention to detail, excellent communication, and ethical judgment.
