Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain and organize digital and physical financial records.
- Assess all business transactions and prepare accurate reports to your findings.
- Coordinate with employees on income tax research and planning.
- Conduct periodic audits to guarantee accuracy in financial records, expenses, and savings.
- Organize and file all local income tax documents.
- Contribute to budgeting procedures
- Regularly brief management on the company financial position and recommend solutions to improve results.
- Develop and implement effective accounting policies and processes.
- Ensure you remain up-to-date on industry changes and changes in regulations.
- Respond to tax and accounting related issues.
- Monitor and supervise Accounting Staffs to meet deadlines.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Accountancy or any Accounting-related courses.
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience is an advantage but NOT required.
- Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
- Outstanding tax knowledge of local and international regulations involving forex trading.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical skills.
- Computer literate and has the ability to perform basic tasks on the computer. This may include navigating a browser, operating software systems, and completing any tasks that makes it possible to do your job
- Solid understanding of accounting software and Microsoft Office.
- Good communication and organization skills
- Preferred place of residency is NCR
- If from province, should be willing to relocate within Metro Manila
