This is a full-time, on-site Certified Public Accountant role based in Cagayan De Oro City. The CPA will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial statements, conducting tax preparation and compliance activities, overseeing accounting processes, and ensuring adherence to financial regulations. The role also involves providing financial advice to support decision-making and identify opportunities for cost optimization and growth.

• Proficiency in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements
• Expertise in Tax Preparation and adherence to compliance requirements
• Certified Public Accounting (CPA) certification and a strong understanding of Accounting principles
• Solid background in Finance and ability to manage budgeting and cash flow
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in accounting software and tools
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Experience in the food service or retail industry is a plus
