Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) based in Pasig, Philippines. The successful candidate will be working with other analysts and accountants on daily financial tasks, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring compliance with internal controls and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports
• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts
• Process accounts payable and receivable transactions
• Prepare journal entries and assist with month-end and year-end closings
• Assist with bank reconciliations and balance sheet reconciliations
• Help monitor and manage company expenses
• Support audits and tax filings by preparing required documentation
• Maintain accurate and organized financial records and files
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve billing and accounting issues

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Accountancy
• Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
• Willing to work Mondays to Saturdays
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Working knowledge of ERP and accounting systems preferred
• Computer literate (Windows and Microsoft Office)
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Fluent in both English and Tagalog
