Certified Public Accountant

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Certified Public Accountant / Corporate Planning & Financial Analyst to join the team at All Certified Equipment Trading Corp. in Quezon City, Metro Manila. As a Corporate Planning & Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for preparing and monitoring annual budgets, forecasts & financial projection.

What you'll be doing

• Perform financial forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics.
• Analyze financial data and financial models for decision support.
• Analyze prior results, variance analysis, identification of trends, and suggestions on improvements
• Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting
• Evaluation of financial performance by comparing and analyzing results with plans and forecasts
• To guide in the cost analysis process by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures
• Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, and excel dashboards.
• Provide support to auxiliary schedules for auditing purposes as per assigned work
• Analysis on different general ledger accounts regularly.
• Assist in the accounting processes such as AP and Journal entries plus monthly closure accounts.
• Organize all company financial programs and ensure compliance to budgetary requirements.
• Analyze and maintain Balance Sheet accounts.
• Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

What we're looking for

• Must be Certified Public Accountant
• 2-4 years in FP & Analysis, Corporate Planning, Management Accounting, Budgeting, Forecasting, Variance analysis, Profitability, and break-even analysis.
• Advanced excel skills
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and numerical skills.
• High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work onsite in Quezon City.
