We are seeking for driven team members with a passion for cell therapies prior experience in cGMP manufacturing of cell and gene therapy products is preferred.

As we expand our development and clinical manufacturing capabilities, we are seeking a highly motivated Cell Therapy Manufacturing Scientist / Technical Specialist to support process development, technology transfer, GMP manufacturing, and regulatory documentation activities.

Position Title: Cell Therapy Manufacturing Scientist / Technical Specialist

The successful candidate will serve as a key technical contributor bridging Process Development, Manufacturing, Quality, and Regulatory functions. This individual will be responsible for developing, optimizing, transferring, and supporting GMP-compliant manufacturing processes for CAR-T and other cell therapy products.

The role requires hands-on expertise in cell therapy manufacturing platforms together with a strong understanding of GMP operations, quality systems, technology transfer, and Chemistry, Manufacturing, and Controls (CMC) documentation.

Key Responsibilities

. Design, optimize, and execute cell therapy manufacturing workflows from starting material processing through final product formulation.

. Hands-on experience with large-scale CAR-T cell manufacturing platforms and automated cell processing technologies, coupled with strong expertise in flow cytometry, potency and functional assays, in-process testing, and comprehensive product characterization to support process development, technology transfer, GMP manufacturing, and product release activities.

. Familiarity with regulatory submissions including INDs or equivalent, and able to assist in preparing documentation for regulatory submissions.

Personal Attributes

. BSc. / MSc. / PhD in immunology, microbiology, cell biology, molecular biology or a related field.

. Highly motivated, diligent, and detail-oriented individual with a strong work ethic and compliance to laboratory safety and quality standards.

. Demonstrated ability to work independently while effectively providing technical guidance to junior team members

. Strong technical problem-solving abilities.

. Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and collaborate with external stakeholders, facilitate technical discussions, and confidently present scientific findings, project updates, and research outcomes at internal and external meetings.
