What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain D365 Customer Engagement extensions including Dataverse plugins, custom APIs, workflow activities, JavaScript scripting, and PCF controls.
- Build and support integrations using Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, API Management, and custom connectors.
- Develop Power Platform solutions including Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, Power Automate workflows, and Power Pages components.
- Support application lifecycle management activities including deployments, environment management, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate with Solution Architects and Functional Consultants to deliver scalable and supportable solutions.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, troubleshooting, and production support activities.
- Utilize AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, and Microsoft Copilot within daily engineering workflows.
- Maintain technical documentation, deployment guides, and solution artefacts.
Key Criteria
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 3 - 7 years hands-on experience developing solutions within Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Power Platform environments is a must.
- Strong technical expertise in C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, Dataverse plugins, PCF controls, and Power Automate.
- Experience building integrations using Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, API Management, and custom connectors.
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, CI/CD pipelines, and application lifecycle management practices.
- Experience developing Power Platform solutions including Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, and Power Pages.
- Strong understanding of Dataverse security, solution layering, deployment processes, and environment governance.
- Exposure to AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, or Microsoft Copilot.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote consulting environment.
Work Setup:
- Manila (BGC, Taguig): Australian hours (6 am – 3 pm PHT) with a hybrid set up of at least once a week onsite.
