What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end solution architecture across Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Customer Insights, Contact Center) and Power Platform.
- Own and approve solution designs before build, acting as the final design authority across engagements.
- Design robust data models in Dataverse (tables, relationships, security models, and governance structures).
- Architect integration solutions across systems using APIs, Azure services, Dual-write, and real-time/batch patterns.
- Define and enforce CE architecture standards, including ALM, environment strategy, and reusable accelerators.
- Lead pre-sales activities including discovery, solution shaping, estimation, proposal writing, and executive presentations.
- Embed AI and Copilot capabilities (e.g., Copilot Studio, AI Builder) into solution designs and promote AI adoption.
- Govern delivery quality through design reviews, code reviews, and post-go-live audits.
- Mentor and uplift consultants by providing technical guidance, conducting learning sessions, and developing future architects.
- Collaborate with Australian stakeholders and teams remotely, ensuring alignment, strong communication, and delivery excellence.
Key Criteria
- 10+ years of hands-on experience delivering Dynamics 365 CE solutions, including multiple end-to-end implementations as a Lead Architect.
- Deep expertise in CE applications (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Customer Insights) across configuration, customization, and extension.
- Strong Power Platform capability (Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate, security, and ALM practices).
- Proven experience designing complex integrations between CE and other enterprise systems (APIs, Azure, middleware).
- Solid experience in pre-sales, including solution shaping, proposal development, and executive-level presentations.
- Strong understanding of security, compliance, identity (Entra ID), and enterprise-grade architecture patterns.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor teams and drive capability uplift, including AI and modern development practices.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with experience working remotely with international stakeholders.
- Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., PL-600, AZ-305) and experience with AI/Copilot, Azure, F&O integrations, or industry verticals are highly regarded.
Work setup:
- Manila (BGC, Taguig): Australian hours (7:00am – 4:00pm PHT) hybrid arrangement - once a week in the office.
