Job Description

About the Role

As Commercial Enablement Analyst (CEA), you will play a crucial role in assisting the Commercial Enablement Lead (CEL) in providing actionable financial insights, ensuring billing accuracy, and optimizing revenue tracking processes. This position supports efforts to maximize revenue potential, enhance operational efficiency, and ensure the timely execution of key deliverables such as revenue projections, invoice estimates, and final invoices.

What You'll Own

  • Design and implement processes for managing and analyzing financial data related to revenue and billing, ensuring timely access to critical financial insights.
  • Develop, update, and maintain revenue forecasts.
  • Assist in the billing cycle, from invoice estimation to final invoicing, ensuring accuracy and adherence to financial standards.
  • Continuously evaluate and enhance billing and revenue processes
  • Generate and present financial reports, including revenue updates and billing summaries, to inform leadership and support strategic decision-making.
  • Ensure that all billing and financial activities comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements, maintaining the integrity and confidentiality of financial data.
  • Oversee the timely update and accuracy of revenue projections, ensuring alignment with Vendor Capacity Planning (VCP) communications.
  • Monitor SLA compliance and performance, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring contractual obligations are consistently met.

What You'll Bring

  • At least a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Data Science, Finance, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field with a strong mathematical focus.
  • 3-5 years in financial analysis and data interpretation.
  • Advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel and Power Query for data transformation and modeling.
  • Skilled in transforming complex datasets into actionable business insights through advanced analytical techniques.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or Matplotlib) is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with business process analysis and data modeling to drive operational improvements.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams and engage key stakeholders.

Strongly preferred

  • CPA License
  • Certifications in data analytics or business intelligence (BI) are a plus
