We are looking for skilled CDI Specialists and Inpatient Coders to join our dynamic team and drive clinical and coding accuracy across client systems.
Job Responsibilitie
- sAnalyze inpatient medical records to ensure clinical documentation accurately reflects patient severity, risk, and outcomes
- .Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to clarify documentation and support accurate DRG assignment
- .Identify documentation improvement opportunities and provide feedback to clinical staff
- .Apply knowledge of ICD-10-CM/PCS, MS-DRGs, and coding compliance guidelines
- .Perform accurate and timely assignment of ICD-10-CM/PCS codes based on thorough review of inpatient medical records
- .Ensure accurate DRG assignment for hospital reimbursement and compliance
- .Maintain productivity and accuracy as per client and company standards
- .Stay up to date with official coding guidelines and payer-specific requirements

Qualifications & Skil
- lsMust be PHRN with Active licen
- seMust have active coding licen
- seAt least 1 year of experience in Inpatient Coding or Clinical Documentation Improvement for US healthcare client
- s.Strong understanding of ICD-10-CM, ICD-10-PCS, DRG systems, and Medicare guideline
- s.Familiarity with EHR systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner) is a plu
- s.Excellent communication and analytical skill
