POSITION: CCTV OPERATOR
LOC: GABC HEAD OFFICE -BALINTAWAK Q.C.
Monitoring & Surveillance
Monitor live CCTV footage to detect suspicious or criminal activities.
Observe behavior and report any irregularities promptly.
Incident Detection & Response
Identify security breaches, safety hazards, or emergencies.
Follow established procedures when incidents occur and escalate to supervisors or security personnel.
Camera Operation & Control
Operate, control, and adjust CCTV cameras (pan, tilt, zoom) as required.
Ensure cameras are functioning correctly and report faults immediately.
Recording & Evidence Handling
Maintain accurate recordings of incidents.
secure and preserve video footage as evidence in accordance with company policy and legal requirements.
Reporting & Documentation
Maintain detailed logs of daily activities and incidents.
Prepare written incident reports when required.
Access Control & Coordination
Coordinate with on-site security teams or law enforcement when necessary.
Support access control systems if integrated with CCTV monitoring.
Compliance & Confidentiality
Adhere to privacy laws, data protection regulations, and company policies.
Ensure all surveillance information is kept confidential and used only for authorized purposes.
Health & Safety Awareness
Monitor premises for safety risks such as fire hazards, overcrowding, or unsafe behavior.
Assist in emergency response by providing real-time information.
Professional Conduct
Remain alert, attentive, and unbiased at all times.
Avoid misuse of surveillance systems or unauthorized viewing.
Training & Continuous Improvement
Stay updated on CCTV systems, software, and security procedures.
Participate in training and drills as required.
