About The Program
The CBRE GWS Local Future Leader Program is a structured 24-month development journey designed for high-potential graduates (2025/2026 intake) aspiring to build a career in the real estate and workplace solutions industry.
As a Future Leader Management Associate, You Will
- Gain exposure to both day-to-day operations and high-impact projects
- Build critical business, leadership and technical skills
- Work alongside experienced professionals on meaningful assignments
- Develop a strong internal and external professional network
- Contribute to innovative solutions that drive value for our client
The program begins with a comprehensive onboarding experience and continues with ongoing coaching, structured feedback and mentorship from senior leaders, managers and peers.
You will rotate through our
Facilities Management (FM) teams, where you will gain broad exposure to:
- Workplace operations and service delivery excellence
- Client relationship management and stakeholder engagement
- Workplace optimization, safety and sustainability initiatives
- Vendor and supply chain management
- Real estate project coordination, including planning, execution and delivery of workplace and capital improvement initiatives
Through these experiences, you will develop a well-rounded understanding of how we create and maintain high-performing workplaces for global clients.
