Job Overview

We are seeking a Category Strategy and Shopper Insights Manager to lead category growth initiatives through data-driven decision-making, shopper understanding, and strategic collaboration across business functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop category and shopper strategies based on market trends and consumer insights.
  • Lead category analysis, retail performance reviews, and business planning activities.
  • Translate shopper data into actionable recommendations and growth initiatives.
  • Develop channel-specific toolkits and trade marketing programs.
  • Evaluate promotional effectiveness and optimize trade investments.
  • Partner with Sales, Brand, and Commercial teams to align growth strategies.
  • Facilitate business reviews and strategic planning sessions.
  • Drive continuous improvement through insights and performance tracking.

Qualifications


  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Management, or related field.
  • Master's Degree is an advantage.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Category Development, Shopper Marketing, or Trade Marketing.
  • Strong experience in FMCG or Beverage industries.
  • Expertise in category management, shopper insights, retail execution, and trade analytics.
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and business performance reporting.
