Job Overview
We are seeking a Category Strategy and Shopper Insights Manager to lead category growth initiatives through data-driven decision-making, shopper understanding, and strategic collaboration across business functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop category and shopper strategies based on market trends and consumer insights.
- Lead category analysis, retail performance reviews, and business planning activities.
- Translate shopper data into actionable recommendations and growth initiatives.
- Develop channel-specific toolkits and trade marketing programs.
- Evaluate promotional effectiveness and optimize trade investments.
- Partner with Sales, Brand, and Commercial teams to align growth strategies.
- Facilitate business reviews and strategic planning sessions.
- Drive continuous improvement through insights and performance tracking.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Management, or related field.
- Master's Degree is an advantage.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Category Development, Shopper Marketing, or Trade Marketing.
- Strong experience in FMCG or Beverage industries.
- Expertise in category management, shopper insights, retail execution, and trade analytics.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and business performance reporting.
