Requirements
Bachelor;s degree in Business, Retail Management, Marketing, Accountancy, Analytics, Economics,
Statistics, Mathematics or a related field.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, data visualization tools.
A deep understanding of the Retail Apparel and Fashion industry, including market trends, consumer
behavior, and competitive dynamics.
Attention to detail is critical for accurately analyzing data and making informed decisions.
The ability to identify problems and develop creative solutions to improve category performance.
Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Responsibilities
Assist in setting monthly sales targets based on historical sales trends per month per class
category and store performance.
Monitor sell-through of all collections launched.
Generate monthly sales reports for assigned categories.
- Demand Planning and Execution for New Collections:
Collaborate in proposing collection budgets based on historical sales trends.
Assist in planning upcoming collection demand by analyzing class type, sub-class types, sizes,
fabric, color, and design/styles.
Support in proposing store budgets aligned with the total demand planned for upcoming
collections.
Assist in allocating inventory to stores and online platforms based on targets.
Analyze monthly inventory and three-month average sales to identify Months to Sell (MTS).
Identify and consolidate low and broken on-hand quantities per style in all stores to the store with
the highest sales demand.
Conduct regular competitor checks through online research and physical store visits.
