Category Management (Associate to Supervisor Level)

We're looking for Category Management Associates, Experts, and Supervisors with experience in category management, procurement, supply chain, operations, vendor coordination, and sourcing support.

Job Summary:

This role will support category management and procurement activities such as purchase request processing, vendor coordination, documentation review, reporting, dashboards, contract/RFP support, stakeholder communication, and process improvement. Senior or supervisory candidates may also handle team leadership, issue escalation, project tracking, cost savings initiatives, and leadership reporting.

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year relevant experience for Associate-level roles
• At least 3 years relevant experience for Expert/Supervisor-level roles
• For Supervisor level: 3 years of direct leadership experience
• Experience in category management, procurement, supply chain, operations, and vendor/stakeholder management
• Experience in healthcare, contracting, supplier management, ERP systems, dashboards, or reporting is an advantage
• Certifications such as CSCP, CPSM, Lean Six Sigma, or CHL are a plus
• Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Location: Taguig City

Work Setup: Onsite (during training), Hybrid after training (2–3 days RTO)
