Job Description
- Coordinate and track category management workflows, contracts, sourcing projects, and key milestones
- Maintain supplier, contract, and category data within enterprise procurement and purchased services systems
- Support supplier on boarding activities and ensure documentation and data standards are met
- Assist with RFPs, bids, and contract documentation within assigned categories
- Act as a support contact for internal stakeholders on category processes, contracts, and supplier issues
- Prepare and distribute category, spend, contract, and supplier performance reports
- Collaborate with procurement, finance, and accounts payable teams to resolve PO, invoicing, and reconciliation issues
- Contribute to continuous improvement of procurement processes, documentation, and data quality
The Successful Applicant
A Successful Category Management Associate Should Have
- A degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least one year of experience in procurement, supply chain, operations, or a related support role
- Experience in a customer‑facing or problem‑solving environment
- Strong attention to detail and comfort working with data, reports, and systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic reporting tools
- Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders
