Key Responsibilities
- Lead portfolio strategy and lifecycle management (launches, expansions, phase-outs)
- Deliver revenue and gross margin targets aligned to the Multi Year Plan
- Drive pricing strategy and value capture
- Lead product launches and campaign execution
- Ensure alignment between marketing, sales, and field execution
- Lead Local Product Concept Team (LPCT) for portfolio decisions
