Category Development Associate

Key responsibilities:

• Analyze sales, market, and customer data to identify trends and opportunities
• Monitor category and product performance and prepare regular reports
• Assist in developing and implementing category plans and strategies
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to support category initiatives
• Track competitor activities and market developments
• Support product launches, promotions, and merchandising activities
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and category-related documents

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field
• At least 2years of experience in category management, sales, marketing, or a related role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other MS Office applications
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
