We are seeking an experienced Casino Product Executive to support the development, optimization, and performance of its online casino products. The role will focus on managing game portfolios, enhancing player experience, and supporting product initiatives in collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
Key Responsibilities
Support the management and optimization of online casino products and game portfolios
Coordinate with internal teams (product, operations, marketing, tech) to ensure smooth product launches and updates
Monitor product performance using KPIs and player data, and provide actionable insights
Assist in planning and executing game releases, promotions, and product enhancements
Ensure product compliance with regulatory and technical requirements across markets
Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify trends and opportunities
Support documentation, product roadmaps, and operational processes
Act as a point of contact for product-related queries from internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field
Proven experience in online casino, iGaming, or digital gaming products
Strong understanding of online casino games, mechanics, and player behavior
Analytical mindset with experience using data to evaluate product performance
Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Nice to Have
Experience working with casino platforms, game aggregators, or third-party providers
Knowledge of player engagement tools, promotions, and bonus mechanics
Experience in regulated iGaming markets
