About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Casino Operations Director to oversee daily gaming operations, drive business performance, and ensure full compliance with local regulatory requirements.
This role requires strong leadership, operational excellence, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesOperations Management
- Oversee day-to-day casino operations, including gaming floor performance, VIP services, and customer experience
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve revenue, efficiency, and service quality
- Monitor KPIs such as table performance, customer retention, and operational costs
Team Leadership
- Lead and manage multi-functional teams across gaming, customer service, and support functions
- Recruit, train, and develop high-performing teams
- Ensure strong internal communication and alignment across departments
Compliance & Risk Control
- Ensure full compliance with local gaming regulations and internal policies
- Work closely with compliance and legal teams to mitigate operational risks
- Maintain strict adherence to anti-money laundering (AML) and responsible gaming practices
Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with regional and international teams on business strategy and operations
- Maintain relationships with key partners and regulatory stakeholders
- Support business expansion and strategic initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Hospitality, or related fields
- 8–15 years of experience in casino or gaming operations, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role
- Strong understanding of casino operations, gaming floor management, and VIP customer handling
- Proven track record in driving revenue growth and operational efficiency
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance, AML, and responsible gaming practices
Language Requirements
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Proficiency in Mandarin is required for business communication with regional stakeholders and partner teams
