Job Objective
To provide excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and handling cash transactions accurately in a fast paced restaurant environment.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders from customers.
- Serve food and drinks promptly and correctly.
- Handle cash, card payments, and issue receipts properly.
- Ensure tables and dining areas are clean and well organized.
- Assist in setting up and closing the restaurant as needed.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure correct and timely orders.
- Address customer concerns politely and escalate issues when needed.
- Follow hygiene, safety, and restaurant policies at all times.
Job Requirements And Qualifications
- At least High School Graduate or College level in any course.
- With at least 1 year experience as Server, Cashier, or in any food service role.
- Good customer service and communication skills.
- Honest, reliable, and able to handle cash transactions accurately.
- Able to work in a fast paced environment.
- Flexible and willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
