Position Summary
The Cashier, Poker Room ensures balancing of all money and chips, and accuracy of all paperwork. Handles financial transactions including exchanging cash for chips, recording and handling of player accounts, and the conduct of transfers for players. Accounts for all transactions and balances books to ensure accuracy.
Primary Responsibilities
- Balancing of all funds in cage (Cash and chips)
- Conduct the exchange for cash to chips and vice versa.
- Record and manage player account credit.

- Number of transactions vs discrepancies
Qualifications
I. Experience
- Experience in handling casino chips
- Casino operations background
II. Education
Bachelor's degree equivalent
III. Skills / Competencies
- Finance and reporting competencies.
- Computer literate; Microsoft office
- High customer service skills
IV. Other Attributes
- Able to work in a fast-paced high-pressure environment.
